Jessica Holt is a NYC based fashion designer. Most recently, she has served in capacities as design and development coordinator and production assistant for brands such as Christopher John Rogers, LC Apparel Consulting, and A La Réunion. She embellished a dress for CJR that graced the cover of the Vogue September 2021 issue, hand painted gloves for CJR that were worn by Eva Chen to the Met Gala, and has embellished costumes for Lil Nas X for his VMA performance. She is an alumna of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Fashion Design. Hailing from Baltimore, MD, Jessica has an extensive background and multifaceted understanding of art and design. She concentrated in the fine arts in middle school and in digital fine arts in high school before pursuing her degree in fashion design. Jessica has been sewing since the age of 12, and has since brought many of her original creations to life, such as with her senior design collection, which was chosen as one of the top three collections in her senior design class and subsequently featured in the fashion show at VCU Qatar. Jessica aspires to run her own brand, J.Holt Designs, full-time in the future which aims to celebrate strong bold women who aren’t afraid to stand out from the crowd.
